Preparation time: 30 min
Ingredients (for 8 people):
8 slices of pineapple, 8 peaches. 2 spoons of granulated sugar, vanilla, basil leaves, one bottle of tempo Moscato.
- Put the granulated sugar and the vanilla seeds into a container, cut the slices of pineapple into pieces and put them into a bowl sprinkled with the sugar and vanilla
- Cut the peaches and put on top of the pineapple together with additional sugar.
- Leave the container covered with a plastic film into the fridge for 2-3 hours to marinate.
- After that time mix the fruits and put serve them into cups filled with well chilled Tempo Moscato.
